Who we are

Hassell Inclusion is a digital inclusion and accessibility agency, founded by internationally renowned accessibility expert Professor Jonathan Hassell. We are based in the UK but operate globally. We believe that whatever people’s disabilities or impairments, they should be able to access and enjoy the benefits of digital technology. Our purpose is to help our clients identify and remove barriers to the use of their digital products by the 60% of the population who are disabled or elderly. We are a team of international experts who have over 70 years of combined experience in accessibility. In our team we have the experts who wrote the technical and process standards for accessibility WCAG 2.1 and BS 8878, so we bring this deep understanding to ensure standards are met, and best practices are in place. We provide the very best insight and solutions to digital accessibility challenges across all types of business, driving value to both our clients and their end users. We do this through: embedding accessibility into governance and strategy; training digital professionals in the accessibility skills they need for their jobs; and teaching teams how to "think different", by enabling them to see the innovation opportunities that come from taking accessibility seriously.
